Summary

Gmail Inbox Zero Background does not collect, store, or transmit your email contents or account details. It does request a background photo from Picsum Photos when Gmail shows an empty inbox.

What the extension does

The Safari Web Extension provides a stylesheet for Gmail atmail.google.com. It changes the page's appearance when Gmail displays an empty inbox and loads a photo from Picsum Photos. This request goes from your browser to Picsum Photos, which may receive your IP address and standard request information. The extension does not request access to other websites or use an account, analytics, advertising, or tracking service.

Data and third parties

The extension does not send browsing activity, email contents, account details, or identifiers to the developer. The photo request is made to Picsum Photos as described above. Gmail remains subject to Google's own privacy terms.
